Lyle is the owner and CEO of Crownover Company, Inc. His great great grandfather began building homes in the Twin Lakes area in the early 40’s. To say “it’s in his blood” would be an understatement. Lyle is a 14th generation native of Baxter County and a 5th generation builder. He holds a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Construction Management from the Arkansas State University. Growing-up, he had his hands in every aspect of the construction industry. Lyle was taught that even though technology changes and trends come and go, quality craftsmanship and building good customer relationships never goes out of style. Lyle and his wife, Grace, proudly live and work in Mountain Home, Arkansas with their three children; Eva, Layton, & Estella.
Grace is the Chief Operating Officer of Crownover Company, which she and her husband, Lyle, own and operate. Grace graduated from Mountain Home High School. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Arkansas State University. She worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years before putting her nursing career on hold to stay home with their 3 children and help Lyle continue to develop their flourishing construction company. Grace is very passionate about the community. She serves on the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce Board, the Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation Board, and the Mountain Home Public Schools CTE Advisory Board. She is also an active volunteer at all of her children’s schools. Grace was raised in Mountain Home, where she and Lyle are now raising their three children, Eva, Layton, and Estella. Grace enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, rivers, and traveling.
A native of the Midwest, Hannah has lived in the Twin Lakes Area since 2017. With a degree in Psychology and a passion for design, she joined as an Administrative Assistant and rapidly worked her way up to, selections coordinator and then, COO. Today, Hannah ensures all company policies and procedures are being followed, assists with project management, and supplies a constant cadence to the company to keep all aspects functioning efficiently and properly. Hannah enjoys hiking, fishing, or kayaking with her dogs (Bailey and Penny) and fiancé, Kirtis when she isn’t working.
Mary Dickey is a well seasoned financial professional who holds a CPA and MBA. She thrives on assisting business leaders from the entrepreneur to multi-generation family entities in reaching and exceeding their financial goals. A firm believer in the team atmosphere, she strives to keep a positive environment and mentors others where needed. Mary and her family relocated from the Tri-City area of Illinois about 9 years ago to Ozark County, Missouri where she enjoys wide open spaces, chasing cattle and goats, and quilting.
Adrian is a North Carolina native with extensive executive management experience from his 14+ years in the insurance industry. Overseeing teams handling complex general liability, commercial and residential property claims, Adrian gained substantial customer service and construction industry knowledge. He later put his knowledge and skills to work in owning and operating a small business serving the Twin Lakes Area. It was here that he first met the Crownover Team; an experience which led to joining Crownover Company full-time in the capacity of Project Manager and Work Teams Manager. When not serving in his roles at Crownover Company, Adrian enjoys time with his wife, Amber, and their six children. Whether at work, serving the church, or spending time with friends and family, Adrian aspires to help everyone reach their fullest potential by upholding the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and hard work.
Toby, moved to Arkansas in 1979 from Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Mountain Home High School and began working various construction jobs right out of high school. Toby is our walking encyclopedia of construction knowledge, which stems from his various roles for the past 33+ years in the trades – from furniture manufacturing, cabinet manufacturing, interior mill work, framing, and more. He has been with CC Inc for 5 years, mainly serving as our custom cabinet shop manager. However, his role has recently shifted to Senior Project Manager. Toby enjoys spending time with his family when he isn’t working one of his two shifts at the office.
Greg Martin was born and raised right here in Baxter County, graduating from Cotter High School. Upon graduating, he started working full-time in his family’s construction business, pouring concrete foundations. He took over partial ownership for 15 years before he came to work at Crownover Company in 2017. He married his sweetheart, Lorie, in 1994 and they have 3 wonderful kids/adults who all graduated from Cotter High School. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors.
Peyton joined the Mountain Home community in late 2021. Although she grew up in Northwest Arkansas, she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 2021 with a degree in Biology, minoring in Interdisciplinary Studies. At Crownover Company, Inc, Peyton occupies the role of Project Engineer. Peyton works with homeowners to incorporate their ideas into their new home, managing material selection, acquisition, and delivery. During her free time, Peyton enjoys crafting, cooking, and spending time with her fiancé and dog (Hunter and Macie), and has also found a new interest in fishing now that she lives in the Twin Lakes Area.
Amber is a native of the Twin Lakes area and a graduate of Arkansas State University Mountain Home with degrees in Business. She has worked in the construction industry in some capacity for over 17 years. Amber, her husband Scott, and their 2 teenage children (Adrian and Dierks), enjoy traveling and all things outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and scuba diving. If they aren’t at a soccer field, they’re probably in the woods or on the water. She tries to live by the principle: “Aspire to Inspire before you Expire”.
When joining the Crownover team, I knew exactly what the crusade of the company was and I have pursued to achieve those goals of excellence every day. Moving from Colorado to Arkansas with little idea of what lies ahead, I’m glad I found a home building dream homes.
