Architectural Sophistication
Coyote has a modern look and feel with clean, straight lines and an eclectic culmination of architectural pizzaz that exudes Mediterranean, Floridian, Spanish, and Contemporary architectural components. However, the Crownover design team ensured the appropriate blending of architectural sophistication along with the comfort and functional attributes of the home.
Lyle Crownover and his wife, Grace, designed the home for two years prior to starting construction. The build took two years from groundbreaking to completion.
The entire exterior of the home is covered in white brick with custom black soffit and fascia and custom round gutter system. Custom wooden corbels were designed, fabricated, and installed on every surface of the soffits. This gives a very modern and Mediterranean feel to the architecturally eclectic home. The Spanish tile composite roof system is comprised of a lifetime roofing material that looks as good as it functions.

Custom Flooring
All custom flooring was installed throughout, including a foyer floor mosaic designed by a local artist and installed by a local artisan. Level 5 sheetrock covers all the walls in the home and all windows are custom drywalled to achieve a modern aesthetic.
Breathtaking & Technically Impressive Interior
Not to be outdone by the exterior of the home, the interior is just as breathtaking and technically impressive. Level 5 sheetrock covers all the walls in the home and all windows are custom drywalled to achieve a modern aesthetic. Custom beams, wood paneling, wallpaper, and steel architectural pieces accent the entire home. Restoration Hardware fixtures provide a lighting statement in every room. Aria HVAC supply and return registers are installed throughout to give the home seamless and modern HVAC penetrations. Another uniquely large element to the home is the oversized steel wood-burning fireplace that was designed, fabricated, and installed in the great room, extending to the upper level catwalk. The entire home is “smart home”-participating. All lighting, HVAC, window shades, security, surveillance, and Sonos audio can be controlled by Alexa voice control or smart phone.

Outdoor Oasis
The outdoor oasis is possibly one of the most astonishing attributes of this estate. The outdoor oasis has over 2,000 square feet of white etched granite flooring, a chefs stainless steel outdoor kitchen with ice maker, fridge, sink, green egg, griddle, pizza oven, integrated double tap kegerator, granite countertops, trash and storage. The custom black, heated, saltwater pool has all the bells and whistles that can be run from Alexa or smart phone – lights, laminars, heater to name a few. The entertaining space has a gas fire table adorned with Restoration Hardware teak furniture surrounding.
